Clocks- 4 (Four): (1) E. Ingraham & Co., Bristol, Conn., "Doric" shelf clock with a 30 hour spring driven time and strike movement in a rosewood veneered case, c1875; (2) E. Ingraham & Co., Bristol, Conn., "Mosaic Doric" shelf clock with an 8 day spring driven time and strike movement. in a rosewood veneered case, c1875. (3) Welch, Spring & Co., Forestville, Conn., "Italian No. 3" shelf clock with a spring driven 30 hour time and alarm movement in a rosewood veneered case, c1878. (4) New Haven Clock Co., New Haven, Conn., "Alderman" shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in an oak case, c1885.
CONDITION:
(1) The case finish has deteriorated. The paper dial is darkened. The glasses are original. The pendulum bob is missing; (2) The original paper dial and door glasses are in nice condition. The mosaic case frame is showing some separation. The label is excellent. (3) There is some veneer damage on the lower case front. The paper dial may be a repalcement. The glasses are original. There is a nice label. (4) The dial, bezel and hands are missing. The time side spring is broken. The case is missing part of the top. The door glass and design are original.
